Felix is a successful founder and entrepreneur in the cloud computing industry with a proven track record. He bootstrapped his company NDH (1995), merged it with PIRONET NDH (2003), and successfully exited to CANCOM (2015). After a two-year tenure as COO/CTO at QSC (now q.beyond), Felix transitioned into roles as an investor and industry expert for private equity, focusing on cloud, SaaS, software, IT services, and security.In addition, Felix has strong industry connections through his roles as a board member of the ECO association, EUROCLOUD association, and as the chairman of the supervisory board of the DE-CIX Group. With 30 years of industry experience, Felix brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his professional activities.

Thomas Noglik

Thomas is a successful investor and entrepreneur in the cloud computing industry with extensive experience as a former executive managing and scaling companies in the space. As a co-founder of Altiora Partners, he invests in innovative cloud and SaaS businesses and advises on strategy, growth and operational excellence. Previously, he held leadership roles, including CEO of contabo and plussever as well as COO of intergenia group and HostEurope Group, where he drove in‐ ternational expansion, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships. With a background in M&A and corporate development, he acts as a partner for founders, managers and institutional investors in scal‐ ing multiple businesses to successful exits. An industry thought leader with more than 20 years of experience, Thomas is an advisor to Private Equity Funds and the Chairman of the EuroCloud association.

Thomas has 20 years of leadership in cloud and tech finance, with successful exits to Private Equity and stratigics. As EY-trained CPA, he specializes in M&A, financial structuring, and scaling technology businesses.

With nearly 20 years of leadership experience, he has successfully scaled multiple companies, driving international expansion, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Prior to Altiora Partners, Thomas held key executive roles at Contabo, GoDaddy and HostEurope, where he played a pivotal role in transforming and scaling businesses. He successfully led business enablement efforts, financial restructuring, and international expansion, while driving high-impact M&A transactions and guiding companies through successful exits.

An EY-trained German CPA and tax advisor, Thomas specializes in financial structuring, tax compliance, corporate governance and accounting while always staying close to the business and its requirements . His experience includes leading complex due diligence processes, optimizing capital structures, and navigating complex tax and legal frameworks across multiple international markets.

Damir Špoljarič

Damir Špoljarič is a visionary entrepreneur, technology investor, and professional pilot with a strong focus on the cloud and hosting industry. Born in 1988 in the Czech Republic, he founded VSHosting at just 17, growing it into one of Central Europe’s leading web hosting and cloud services providers. Under his leadership, VSHosting thrived, achieving three successful exits and ultimately integrating with Contabo Group, solidifying its global presence. Leveraging his expertise, Damir actively invests in cloud and technology companies through Gi21, a firm he founded in 2022. His portfolio includes high-growth ventures like Zerops and Keboola, reinforcing his reputation as a key player in the cloud computing space. Beyond tech, he is also a professional pilot and a driving force behind Alpha Aviation, now the largest business aviation company in Central Europe.
